To help us accommodate all appointments efficiently, we kindly request that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least **24 hours in advance**. * **No cancellation fee** will be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled **24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time**. * Appointments canceled with **less than 24 hours' notice**, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be subject to a **$25 cancellation fee**. * Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
